After Susan’s first two years working in the New York Real Estate market, she joined Compass NYC as a Principle Agent. Susan began her career in November 2019 just before the Covid19 world pandemic ensued. Although a challenging time, Susan's success became quickly apparent as her love for real estate became her new passion. Perseverance, drive, and above all a genuine loyalty and commitment to growing her business through clientele, Susan’s career transition from luxury high fashion sales to real estate was seamless. She transacted $100K in rentals during year one and closed her first NYC sale in year two.

Susan worked as a Brand Manager for Marc Jacobs Collection at Barneys New York, Moschino at Saks Fifth Avenue, and Michael Kors at Bloomingdale's 59th street. She was also a Business Development consultant for various menswear custom clothing startup businesses, and Store Manager of VINCE and Nili Lotan boutiques on Madison Avenue.
